The Body as a Sacred Vessel
Rituals & Movement for Grief Release
April 29, 2025 | 9:00 PM Eastern | Live on Zoom
Grief lives in the body.
It speaks through our tight shoulders, held breath, and the ache we can’t name.
And yet—within the body lives the wisdom to tend, soften, and release.
About The Workshop:
A trauma-informed, somatic yoga workshop for grief.
Join me for a 60-minute live experience that weaves together yoga asana, breathwork (pranayama), and ritual—offered through a trauma-informed perspective—to support the release of grief, regulate the nervous system, and promote embodied healing.
Drawing from my years as a yoga and meditation practitioner, this workshop provides a sacred space to compassionately and mindfully navigate through sorrow.
You’ll be guided through:
✨ Gentle somatic yoga asanas to move grief through the body
✨ Pranayama (breathwork) practices to create space for release and grounding
✨ Ritual and reflection to honor your grief with intention
✨ A sacred, grief-informed space to meet yourself exactly as you are
This offering is accessible for all levels—no prior yoga experience is required.
Just a willingness to listen to your body.
You’ll leave with:
✨ A grief-informed movement and breath toolkit
✨ Practices to regulate your nervous system and support emotional release
✨ A deeper sense of connection to your body as sacred
✨ A ritual you can return to again and again
